I have experience working with clients all along the Mormon/LDS faith spectrum and I personally understand the many challenges that can arise as we navigate intersections of identity, spirituality, family, and community. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals and couples heal sexual shame and trauma and increase their sexual confidence and positivity. I have conducted research related to self-perceived pornography addiction and LGBTQ concerns in religious contexts and am familiar with the deep pain felt by so many.

My preferred treatment modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am trained in various trauma treatment modalities (Prolonged Exposure, Written Exposure, Cognitive Processing) and have experience treating OCD and Anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
