Professional Statement

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. We all need support sometimes, especially when people, relationships, and circumstances change in ways that can be difficult to navigate. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel supported as you find your way forward – toward a life that feels more aligned with your values, goals, and what matters most to you.

We’ll start wherever you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, while getting curious about the parts of you that may be trying to help or protect you. You’ll gain insight and practical tools to feel more connected to yourself.

You don’t have to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like a good match. I’d be happy to hear from you and take that first step together.
