My goal is to provide a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship to jumpstart healing and post traumatic growth. I specialize in helping folks who have had traumatic experiences, including around spirituality and religion. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I love holding space for clients across a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences helping you find the right answers for your journey.
