Living through challenging times of collective strife can amplify life’s struggles, making it more important to take care of yourself and seek support. While we can’t change the past, or the things that have happened to us, we can work towards acceptance and peace. I’m often told that I provide a comfortable and safe place where healing work can happen. I love to help people who have survived abuse and trauma work through their past and create a life where they can thrive. I support an individualized holisitic approach of healing and thriving, and discovering what that means for each person. I provide trauma focused therapy for residents of the state of Utah, and provide individual life coaching for clients elsewhere. LGBTQ+ affirming.
