I bring a grounded, human approach to every session, informed by a life that has included a demanding professional career, family life, meaningful loss, and illness. Those experiences taught me that lasting change grows from safety and healing, not judgment or pressure. My first priority is that you feel seen and understood. I do not believe you are broken, even when you feel confused, exhausted, or misunderstood while doing your best to navigate difficult circumstances.
For some people, the gospel and Latter-day Saint Church culture are a rock: a source of stability, belonging, purpose, and hope. For others, those same teachings, expectations, or experiences can feel like a stumbling block to becoming who they are or living truthfully. Both experiences deserve care. I do not come with an agenda to direct your beliefs or choices. I meet you where you are and help you navigate life within, beyond, or alongside the belief system that feels right to you.
People connected to the Latter-day Saint community often carry questions that do not fit neatly into a single answer. Beliefs about marriage, death and grief, sexuality, gender roles, success, purpose, and acceptable behavior can be deeply personal, and devotion to them is not the same for everyone. Together, we can make room for your own truth, your relationships, and the values you want to live by.
You may be wondering how to stay close to a partner or child whose path differs from family hopes, how faith differences affect a marriage, or how to honor yourself when people you love expect something else. I offer a nonjudgmental place to sort through those questions with clarity and compassion. Our work can help you build relationships that feel more honest, connected, and sustainable, while creating a life that is authentic and meaningful to you.
