Professional Statement

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, ages 16 and up. Drawing from interpersonal dynamics, existential thought, and humanistic tradition, my approach is one that focuses on you in the context of your world. How we make sense of who we are can be a complicated process, and it’s important to know where we stand in a world of unknowns. I do my best to help clients better understand themselves, their world, and their relationships in a way that they may interact with these in a more authentic, life-giving way. Everyone deserves a space in which they can be themselves completely, to discover the steps in creating a life worth living. Through time spent together, my hope is that we will collaboratively gain more clarity about who you are, who you want to be, and in what direction you would like to go.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I am especially drawn towards working with people who have struggled to find acceptance among their communities, as well as with people who are in the process of finding out what is true, whether this is of themselves, their world, or their existence.
