Professional Statement

If you are navigating the complex aftermath of a traumatic experience, the messiness of life transitions, or trying to find your footing amidst depression, perfectionism, fear, shame, and self-doubt, I am here for you.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and utilizes evidence-based approaches grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework (such as Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and relying heavily on Motivational Interviewing). I understand the importance of a strong relationship with your therapist, especially because our experiences of trauma can so profoundly affect our relationships with others. I aim to cultivate a space where you can be (or reclaim!) your authentic self and build a life you are enthusiastic about.

I believe in resilience and recovery, and I am passionate about helping my clients emerge from the flames of life stronger than ever – wildly and beautifully and authentically themselves. While the process isn’t easy, it is entirely within your reach to recover in body and mind, find peace, and build a life that brings you fulfillment and joy.

I offer specialized treatment of trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression within a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming space. My services are grounded in evidence-based approaches. I’m here to help you unpack your experiences, find meaning, and stretch your wings.
