I support clients of all identities and ages, but I specialize in working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, experiencing life & faith transitions, women’s issues or have been impacted by health conditions either personally, professionally, or familial. With 10+ years of experience working with youth, I have supported young adults through feelings of anxiety, depression, self-harm, and identity exploration. I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and am 1 of 8 Certified Hormonal Transgender Treatment of Minors Providers in Utah. While IFS is my most frequent modality, I also utilize Evidence-Based Practices such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to inform my practice. I see clients ages 13 and up!

My goal in therapy is to empower clients with the information, tools, and support needed to build a life that aligns with their values and authentic self.
