Are you tired of just normal talk therapy? Do you tend to get stuck in your head a lot and feel like you’re not making progress? I love being able to use experiential embodied, action, and expressive methods instead and can bring a lot of different modalities to the table to help. These methods can help you make progress as you connect to various parts of yourself and work through your own natural ability to heal.

I’m also a queer woman who grew up Mormon and am now a certified sex therapist. I know the trickiness of those spaces, whether it comes from being “too queer for the Mormons and too Mormon for the queers,” from being in a mixed-orientation marriage, and/or being angry at the church for trauma it’s caused. I provide a safe space to explore all areas of gender and sexuality and how that impacts relationships, faith, beliefs, and your life in general.
