People seek counselling for many different reasons. Therapy can often be viewed as a last resort, or only appropriate for people suffering extreme trauma, or who are unbalanced and unstable. This mischaracterisation causes many of us to feel reluctant to reach out for help when life becomes increasingly difficult. Counselling can benefit all, no matter what stage of life’s journey you’re at; From uncertainty about the future, friction in relationships, to making hard decisions, the desire for self-improvement, struggling to be assertive, or simply to talk to someone outside of your social circles who will listen and not judge you.
I am a person-centred trained counsellor using an integrative approach with clients. I use different therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the client, such as; Psychodynamic, CBT and solution focused therapy.
I currently only accept clients based in the UK.
