Professional Statement

Do you feel stuck or not like yourself? Maybe you are going through a difficult change in your life and feel overwhelmed and disoriented. Finding yourself and healing can feel out of reach right now, but I am here to help. We can work together to help you live a meaningful and fulfilled life.

As a licensed Psychologist in Utah, I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can be. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate difficulties related to faith transitions/crises, life transitions, relationship issues & trauma, and religious trauma. This includes anxiety, depression, perfectionism, excessive guilt, religious and existential concerns, identity issues (e.g. LGBTQ+), relational trauma (e.g. abuse), spiritual trauma, life changes, career changes, mixed-faith marriages, relationship issues at work and with loves ones, and much more.

My warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach creates an environment where you feel heard and empowered to make choices reflecting your true self. I focus on helping you achieve your goals practically and effectively. Reach out to schedule a consult and see if we are a good fit. Let’s start this journey towards a happier, healthier you.

I am currently accepting new clients and take insurance (i.e. United Healthcare, Aetna, UMR, Oxford, Oscar) for clients inside Utah. Because I am PSYPACT approved, I can see clients in over 30 states.
