Professional Statement

Hi! My name is Emilee. I work primarily with young adult females (age 18+) with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem or relationship issues. I feel drawn to the stage of emerging adulthood because of the life transitions during that time (significant relationships, schooling, careers, moves, shifts in gender/sexual/religious identities, reaching a significant age, starting a family). These new experiences & big decisions can cause you to reevaluate your values, which often brings core issues to the forefront.

I enjoy working with clients as they explore the impact their environment had on them from an early age & how it has shaped who they are today. We will work to understand your inner beliefs as well as the roles & patterns you take on in relationships. As we explore your values & needs, you will gain confidence in your worldview as you experience the necessary self-trust to successfully navigate life. This results in feeling more grounded in your identity as well as more authentic & confident as you embrace your unique human experience.
