One of my goals in working with clients is to assist them in finding balance after trauma. I utilize EMDR (eye-movement desensitization & reprocessing) therapy and clinical hypnotherapy in my practice. My areas of specialization include faith transitions, religious/spiritual trauma, depression, anxiety, and abuse. My clients are willing to sit with discomfort in order to discover ways to ask for what they need and allow grace for healing. Everyone needs a place to feel comfortable sharing their deepest, darkest stuff without feeling ashamed or judged.
