Professional Statement

I have always been a people person and feel very honored to help others with their most personal struggles. After 10 years of work with individuals and couples, I find myself 10 times more energized by this work. I never treat two situations the same way and try to offer a variety of treatment options so that people can choose what feels right for them. Self-love and compassion are at the core of my work. I believe they bring a huge change to our experiences and our relationships. I believe all people are trying the best they can and depending on the day our best can be taking the world by storm or our best can be getting out of bed and possibly taking a shower. However, with the right tools and support, we can create better balance and peace in our lives. I will always love those I work with. I frequently use EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, ACT and other approaches in my therapy treatment. Therapy is a privilege to me and I honor being a part of the vulnerable and brave parts of people’s stories.
