I love working with people who are exploring their identity (Who am I? What are my values? Do I even have intuition? How can I be more authentic in my life? What is spirituality? What parts of myself have I been less aware of or hiding from myself? Is my sexuality or gender identity different from what I have always assumed? How do I go from merely surviving, to fully living and thriving?) I can meet you where you are, anywhere on the religious spectrum. Other topics I love supporting in my therapy office: faith exploration, divorce, trauma, LGBTQ+ everything (and more specifically trans/gender diverse people). I am IFS Level 1 trained.
