As a former Mormon, I spent my early years checking the boxes placed in front of me – I dutifully adhered to my born faith’s expectations, relentlessly served my mission, married in a ceremony meant to bind us for eternity, & fully immersed myself in the Mormon religion & community. However, despite my unwavering commitment, my life took a drastic turn I never anticipated or was prepared for. I found myself in the throws of my own faith crisis.

A deep seismic shift in my spiritual journey became a catalyst for profound introspection and growth. Wrestling with questions that challenged the foundations of my worldview and identity, I embarked on a journey for authenticity and meaning that would ultimately redefine my understanding of faith – from a strict adherence to the beliefs of my religion to an active projection of optimism into the uncertainties of the future. It was in navigating this & my own struggles of confusion, depression, & anxiety that I unearthed a passion for assisting others on similar paths.
