I have 25 years’ experience providing counseling services to adults for many reasons including a variety of mental health conditions including ADHD and Neurodiversity, life and faith transitions, family, relationship, education and career related issues, addiction, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors and codependency. I have successfully worked with adults of diverse sexual orientations, ethnicities and cultures and many socio economic, religious and educational backgrounds.
My philosophy in counseling grows from my personal and professional experiences, a fascination with human behavior and a genuine love for helping others.
