Professional Statement

I’m a soul-centered, trauma-informed mental health therapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that pain isn’t a sign of brokenness—it’s a signal. A call to listen more deeply to the stories, patterns, and protective strategies we’ve inherited or absorbed.

I support clients in translating that signal into healing by blending neuroscience, mythology, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. Together we explore the tension between where you think you “should” be and where you actually feel you are. That gap—between expectation and experience—is often the very doorway into transformation.

My approach draws from polyvagal theory, sound therapy, and somatic practices to regulate the nervous system and rebuild emotional safety. I help reframe automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) into automatic loving thoughts (ALTs), creating new pathways for self-awareness, resilience, and relational connection.

With deep listening and cultural humility, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to rewire your relationship with yourself and others. Healing begins when we meet our experience with honesty and compassion—and stay curious about what it might be teaching us.
