I have a good understanding of complexity of the culture and beliefs within Mormonism. I have experience with practicing members, those going through a faith transition, post Mormons, and those who have experienced religious trauma. No matter what your beliefs are I can support you and help you in your life journey.

In my practice I tend to work with a lot of neurodivergence (particularly ADHD and anxiety) and addiction. I pride myself on being warm, empathetic, and using a lot of humor. I love work with all ages, families, couples, kids, individuals. I can provide services in person in Austin or virtually anywhere in Texas.
