I provide individual therapy for adults via telehealth, throughout the states of California and Maryland. I follow an integrative model to therapy, combining a variety of therapeutic approaches dependent on your needs. I foundationally utilize person-centered, trauma informed, attachment-based, and somatic practices. I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space where you feel comfortable to address and heal from harm and trauma. I am passionate about working from a Health At Every Size®, body-liberation, and anti-oppressive framework.
