As a former Mormon myself, I enjoy working with adults healing from religious trauma, faith transition/deconstruction, faith crisis, and life after high-demand groups. I believe that you are a complete and whole individual already, you are the expert in you & your experiences, everyone needs help sometimes, and trust & safety are foundational to a therapeutic relationship. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in consent and client autonomy.

Common concerns I support: complex PTSD, anxiety and panic, scrupulosity and moral injury, identity development, relationship and family strain, political stress, and body image. I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space where you feel comfortable to address and heal from harm and trauma. I am passionate about working from a Health at Every Size, body-liberation, and anti-oppressive framework. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment and somatic approaches, and Narrative and Existential therapies.
