Professional Statement

Hi! I’m Jennifer. I’m a trauma-informed, supportive and inclusive therapist who loves working with women who are ready to dig in, strip away their shame, and get real about who they want to be and what is keeping them from getting there.

I am personally aware of how disorienting and troubling it can feel to question your faith or go through religious deconstruction, and how impossible it can seem to find relief from spiritual trauma. I’m honored to help people through these stages – and those suffering from chronic anxiety, grief, and loss – by offering compassionate, professional, non-judgmental support.

I use a holistic and integrative approach – meaning I don’t tie myself to one way of doing things. Depending on the goals and needs of my clients, I often use aspects of narrative therapy, parts and inner-child work, mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and somatic (body-based) approaches. As a Master-certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, I am also able to offer my clients a cutting-edge treatment that allows us to quickly process and alleviate unwanted symptoms, often in just a few sessions.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
