Hi, I’m Jessica. I specialize in working with teens and women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complexities of spiritual growth or faith transitions. Drawing on both my clinical and lived experiences, I support clients through the psychological, relational and spiritual challenges that often accompany complexities within spirituality or shifting belief systems.
I focus on mind-body connection, which can be different from traditional talk therapy.

By integrating the mind and body, my clients are able to find a connection to the origin of the problem and find solutions that are more permanent and long lasting by creating new neural pathways. My goal is to support you in transforming and healing and to be able to empower and inspire you to make use of what you have been through, allowing your experiences to become your strengths.I use a therapeutic approach that utilizes body and brain awareness that brings deep healing. Sometimes typical talk therapy cannot reach the deep levels of trauma we often carry in our bodies and the areas of the brain where trauma is stored. This somatic approach allows you to guide your own healing and is proven to be very effective.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and empathetic. My clinical experience has allowed me to build the skills necessary to be able to sit with people during this most difficult times of their lives. I am certified in brainspotting, and trained in CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy and mind-body bridging. I also offer ketamine- assisted psychotherapy.

I reside in California, but am also licensed in Utah and provide tele-health to clients living in Utah.
I am not in-network with insurance providers, but I can supply a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
