I am a sex-positive, body-positive therapist and provide a non-judgmental, shame-free space that is empowering to discuss issues related to sex & sexuality. As a wife and mom, I understand how complex and overwhelming things can feel, but therapy can be a critical tool for your healing.

I also work with folks navigating mixed-faith marriages and religious trauma. My virtual office is an empowering space to be exactly who you are. Individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+ folks are all welcome.
