Professional Statement

I specialize in supporting women navigating anxiety, late-diagnosed ADHD, chronic illness, and major life transitions—including parenting, perimenopause, shifts in faith, and growth into midlife.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable women who feel overwhelmed by perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, and long-standing inequities in emotional and caregiving responsibilities. I offer a compassionate, practical approach that helps clients build resilience, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

My work integrates evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting. ACT supports psychological flexibility and values-based living. DBT focuses on building skills for emotional balance, self-compassion, and healthier relationships. Brainspotting helps process burnout, chronic stress, and unresolved emotional pain. Early sessions focus on clarifying what matters most and identifying what may be getting in the way.

I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I am licensed in Maryland and live in Austria, where I work with women around the world.
