Professional Statement

Emerging adults (ages 16-24), new and/or postpartum parents, and people of every age and life stage may ask themselves the immortal question of Frodo Baggins: “How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand: there is no going back?”

To accept where you’ve been, where you are, and what you need for a future of safety and wholeness can be among the most challenging journeys you ever take — and it can also be among the most rewarding and empowering. I aim to walk alongside you in unconditional acceptance and support, helping you answer questions like these in your own life.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish using tools and skills from many therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, bilateral therapy, expressive art therapy, sandtray therapy, grief counseling, collective trauma, parts and systems work). My office can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement upon request and accept flexible spending and health savings accounts.
