Relationship building is the core of my therapeutic approach. I believe healthy connection supports healing. So my first goal as a therapist is to connect genuinely with my clients. I have experience working with a variety of trauma including sexual trauma, domestic violence, religious trauma, child sexual abuse, and more. I use a variety of treatment approaches, including EMDR, values work, resilience training, and more. I love partnering with clients and seeing them heal, grow, and become stronger versions of themselves.
