For over fifteen years Rebecca has been helping clients bring about personal growth & healing in a variety of therapeutic settings including, working with interdisciplinary teams in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital, community mental health centers, forensic-informed adult and juvenile corrections, and private practice. Rebecca uses a trauma-informed, integrative approach (DBT, IFS, CBT, Somatic) to assist clients in navigating relational challenges, communication barriers, life transitions, sexual issues, substance use, attachment, trauma, or mental health hurdles (e.g., personality disorders, anxiety, depression) to grow and heal. Rebecca’s approach in therapy emphasizes client directed outcomes, affirmation, authenticity, openness, collaboration, and respect.
