Professional Statement

Through compassionate and heart-centered psychotherapy, I empower clients to discover internal healing, purpose, and the path to a more fulfilling life. I specialize in providing a safe and empathetic space for individuals and couples, enabling them to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My therapeutic approach is dedicated to addressing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, grief, cancer and chronic illness, managing symptoms of ADHD, relational and intimacy issues, religious abuse, and family of origin trauma.

I am deeply committed to fostering a sex-positive environment and embrace all lifestyle and relationship paths. Whether it’s monogamy, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), kink, or being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to provide understanding and support as you navigate your unique journey to personal growth and relational well-being.

My therapeutic framework combines elements of depth psychology, internal family systems theory, existentialism, shadow work (Jung), attachment theory, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy.
