I specialize in treating trauma, sexual shame and sexual health, relationship issues, people pleasing/perfectionism, and faith transitions. My main approaches are EMDR, Inner Child or Ego State Work, ACT, and OCSB and sex Therapy modalities. I am passionate about providing research-based education and trauma-informed interventions to help individuals and couples heal from the traumatic impact of systemic and/or familial sexual shame and misinformation, helping couples navigate porn dilemmas, and to improve and support sexual health.

My approach is tailored for each client individually, as such I offer longer and flexible session lengths, anywhere from 60 to 120 minutes, to better understand my clients and address their concerns.

In my office you will not be judged on what you feel or what has happened to you. Curiosity is what you can expect from me. But more importantly, I enjoy helping each of my clients to have more curiosity and less judgement about themselves.
