My therapy practice, CalmOCD has locations in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, and Sandy, Utah. We also provide telehealth in many states around the country. We are dedicated to providing quality OCD and anxiety treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. OCD treatment, especially, scrupulosity in the LDS faith is designed to help clients reduce their OCD fears that have latched onto their faith. The goal is to reduce fear so they can feel more connected to their values and religion. Through treatment, people learn they can live a life where they make their own decisions and do not have to listen to their OCD brain.
