Hi! I am a licensed therapist who is also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I specialize in working with those who experience depression, and anxiety, or have had a recent loss or traumatic experience. Much of my background is in the medical field which makes me uniquely prepared to help first responders and hospital workers as well as those who have experienced a medical trauma. By utilizing EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, moving the body, and a trauma-informed approach, I hope to help you reduce shame and unwanted mental health symptoms.

My sessions are primarily through telehealth. If you are local to San Antonio, I am also available for walking sessions as I believe moving the body is a powerful tool to unlock the mind.
