Professional Statement

I offer in-person and telehealth appointments in Mesa, AZ. I work with adults of all ages using a trauma-informed and non-judgmental approach. I utilize attachment-based and person-centered therapy using compassion and curiosity. I am passionate about helping clients build self-compassion and empowering clients to reclaim their lives from anxiety, depression, or religious trauma. As a Compassionate Bereavement Provider, I offer grief therapy for those who have lost loved ones and would like to work toward integrating and working through grief. I tailor my approach to each individual client and believe that everyone deserves kindness, empathy, and validation.
