Professional Statement

I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, even when the past has left deep marks. I work with individuals, couples, and families to untangle patterns shaped by stress, trauma, and life changes.

I believe every person is doing the best they can with what they know — and that with honesty and new experiences, families can grow beyond old patterns. My work is about helping people see themselves and each other more clearly, speak from the heart, and create connections that feel safe and open.

Therapy is a space to discover greater alignment within yourself. As you build inner harmony and congruence, it becomes easier to share your true self and connect more deeply with others. I believe distress arises when we live out of alignment with our true selves. Many factors can lead us there, such as family expectations, cultural norms, feelings of shame, and the challenges of navigating faith and identity.
